Goodrich Estates was founded as a small Property Management Company in 1985 by Co-managing Directors, Rick Palmer and Damon Bullimore. Rick and Damon wanted to offer a property management service that placed customers before commission, and values before profit. Goodrich Estates are based on enriching the lives of those that invest their time, money and trust in our service and vice versa. Our core values are based on trust, communication and customer happiness, and we continue to conduct business based on these values today.

Goodrich achieved a lot of growth in the last 15 years and saw the team take on four more qualified and experienced estate agents and franchised 20 branches across the Derbyshire and Staffordshire area. The company started from a spare room in Rick Palmers home to a furnished working space in Little Eaton, Derby. We are proud of the growth we have achieved in the recent years and owe our success to our clients who have placed their faith in us. Over the next few years as our organisation continues to grow and we take on more staff and clients, we will continue to increase our range of services and find new ways to give back to our clients and community.
